Le Pressoir is a lovely, detached holiday home on the peninsula Cotentin in Normandy. It is located on our farm in beautiful, quiet surroundings, just 11 km from the sea. The stone building, originally used for cider production, now offers comfortable accommodation for 2 to 4 people with a rustic atmosphere. 

The lovingly furnished living area covers approx. 90 m²: On the ground floor there is a cozy living room (with WiFi (wireless DSL Internet connection), color TV (Sat. German), music system, video recorder, DVD player, etc.), a guest toilet and a fully equipped, rustic eat-in kitchen (with stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, washing machine, dishwasher, etc.) with a spacious dining area.

On the first floor you will find two bedrooms and a modern bathroom (bathtub, sink, toilet). The sleeping area consists of a large room with a double bed and panoramic views of the courtyard and a smaller children's room with two single beds.

The holiday home is located on a 10.000 m² well-kept property: on the south side you have your own, separate garden (fenced - garden furniture, parasol and barbecue available), partly covered, and there is a large play area for the children. On the north side is the beautiful inner courtyard with flower beds, seating and a small, quietly babbling brook.

We are happy to provide bed linen and are included in the rental price. Gas, water and an electricity flat rate of 40 units (40 kWh) per day are also included in the rental price. If electricity consumption exceeds the flat rate, additional units will be charged at €0.2 per extra unit at the end of the holiday.
