1) Rentals are only legally binding with written confirmation from the owners.

2) Rentals start at 17 p.m. on the day of arrival and end at 9 a.m. on the day of departure. 

3) Unless otherwise agreed, the holiday home may only be occupied by the number of people (+ number of pets) specified in the contract.

4) Withdrawal from the rental agreement by the travel guest:
In the event of your withdrawal, you are entitled to provide a replacement tenant who will take over the concluded booking contract with all rights and obligations (rebooking). In this case you will not incur any costs.
If you cancel without rebooking:
– The deposit paid will be retained by the landlord up to 6 weeks before the start of occupancy.
– within 6 weeks before the start of occupancy, if the holiday home cannot be rented out elsewhere, 90% of the total price will be charged.

5) In your interest, travel cancellation insurance is recommended.

6. Cancellation by the landlord: 
In very rare cases, such as urgent repairs, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation. In such a case, we will do our best to help you find alternative accommodation.

7. Use of pool, tennis court, trampoline, etc.:
The use of the pool, tennis court, trampoline and other recreational facilities is not contractually guaranteed. These facilities may be temporarily closed for maintenance or other unforeseeable reasons. In such cases, the landlord cannot be held liable.
