The stone building, originally used to keep animals, is now a comfortable and attractive holiday home for 2 to 6 people

The approximately 110 m² living area (with WiFi – wireless internet connection) consists of the ground floor and first floor. On the ground floor there is a spacious, comfortable living room (fireplace, 70 cm color television (Sat. German), music system, DVD, video recorder, etc.) and a fully equipped kitchen-living room with a spacious dining area (gas stove with oven, extractor hood, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, Coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine etc.). 

On the first floor you will find two large, bright bedrooms with double beds and spacious views over the surrounding fields (perfect for enjoying spectacular sunsets...), a children's room with bunk beds, a bathroom (bathtub, sink, toilet), and a smaller, separate one Shower room (shower, sink, toilet). Cot and baby chair available.

On the west side you have your own, separate garden (fenced - garden furniture, parasol and barbecue available), partly covered, and there is a large play area for the children. On the east side you have access to the beautiful, large inner courtyard with a small, quietly babbling stream, flower beds and other seating areas.

We are happy to provide bed linen and are included in the rental price. Gas, water and an electricity flat rate of 40 units (40 kWh) per day are also included in the rental price.
