La Lapinière is a 130 m², distinctive holiday home on our farm in an idyllic, rural location - just 11 km from the clean, white beach in La the Channel in the west of Normandy. The former barn was completely rebuilt a few years ago and now offers the discerning holiday guest stylish, spacious accommodation with upscale amenities (ideal for couples and families - maximum occupancy: 4 adults and 4 children). 

The ground floor - La Grande Salle - is a tastefully decorated 65 m² room divided into different living areas. In the living room area with a stylish fireplace you will find comfortable sofas, a music system, a color television (digital satellite German with a 70 cm screen), a video recorder and a DVD player. Wireless DSL Internet access throughout the house allows you to surf for free as often and as long as you want. The modern kitchen is fully furnished and houses a gas stove with grill and oven, extractor hood, refrigerator, dishwasher, freezer, breakfast bar, microwave, washing machine, coffee machine, toaster, kettle………. The over 2 meter long rustic farm table in the dining area invites you to enjoy long French meals.

On the first floor you will find two bright, spacious bedrooms with double beds and extensive views over the surrounding fields. Both double rooms have their own adjoining shower room, each with a shower, sink and toilet. There is also a children's room with two bunk beds (sleeps 4) and a separate bathroom with a bathtub, sink and toilet. A cot and high chair are available. You can store your valuables in the safe.

On the southwest side you have your own, separate garden, partially covered (garden furniture and barbecue available), a backyard with parking space and a large playing area. On the east side you have access to the beautiful inner courtyard with its quietly babbling stream, flower beds and other seating areas.

We are happy to provide bed linen and are included in the rental price. Gas, water and an electricity flat rate of 40 units (40 kWh) per day are also included in the rental price. If electricity consumption exceeds the flat rate, additional units will be charged at €0.2 per extra unit at the end of the holiday.
