La Fontaine is our newest dog-friendly holiday home in Normandy, a 90m² two-bedroom detached holiday home. La Fontaine is located away from the other holiday homes and offers a lot of privacy. It has its own driveway, enclosed courtyard (a really sunny spot) and a secluded garden with swings. There is access to the rest of La Bourdonnerie via a small stream at the back of the property. 

The south-facing property features a spacious farmhouse kitchen with dining space for four and a living room with patio doors leading to the courtyard. The ground floor houses a modern bathroom with a beautiful walk-in shower, a bathtub, a toilet, and a single sink. The first floor features a children's bedroom with two single beds and a large master bedroom.

We are happy to provide bed linen and are included in the rental price. Gas, water and an electricity flat rate of 40 units (40 kWh) per day are also included in the rental price.
