[:en]1) Rentals are only legally binding with the written confirmation of the owners.
2) Rentals start from 15pm on the day of arrival (La Fontaine: 16pm) and end at 10am on the day of departure.
3) Unless otherwise agreed, the holiday home may only be occupied by the number of people (+ number of pets) specified in the contract.
4) Withdrawal from the rental agreement by the travel guest:
In the event of your withdrawal, you are entitled to provide a replacement tenant who will take over the concluded booking contract with all rights and obligations (rebooking). In this case you will not incur any costs.
If you cancel without rebooking:
– the deposit paid will be retained by the landlord until one month before the start of occupancy.
– within one month before the start of occupancy, if the holiday home cannot be rented out to anyone else, 95% of the total price will be charged.
In your interest, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
5. The pool and tennis court are normally available between June and September. We make every effort to heat the pool, however cold weather can make this impossible and environmentally damaging. Access to the tennis court and pool is not part of the contract and is not part of our "offer" which includes the accommodation and access to the gardens. There may be times when access to both facilities is not possible due to bad weather or other incidents.
